Is it possible to reduce the viscosity of crude oil (or other
heavy oil products) using the hardware method, without using
additives or thinners or minimizing their amount? The answer
is yes!
2. Methods solutions.
To reduce
the viscosity of natural oil, viscous petroleum products and
/ or high-molecular substances, there are only four standard
ways:
1.
Increasing the temperature (requires an enormous amount
of energy and its presence or energy infrastructure. In some
cases it is not possible in principle).
2. Mixing with a low viscosity fluid (viscosity averaging)
or with a solvent (viscosity averaging with modification
of the properties of the initial viscous fluid).
3. Mechanical (non-reagent) processing without
the use of additives and solvents.
4. Various combinations of the first three points.
3. Our practical experience.
In the
old days, we had a large number of effects when our TRGA device
reduced the viscosity of fuel oil, oil, high-molecular compounds,
but then it was not our priority task. Recall our pasе
results that you appreciated the reliability of our technical
solution.

of the treated fuel has decreased so much that it has

Boiler fuel of medium viscosity and a mixture of boiler
fuel and 10% diesel fuel.
The
result is short:
- viscosity of low-viscosity boiler fuel, after treatment
without additives and solvents - decreased by
17.48%.
- the viscosity of the mixture (fuel oil + 10% of diesel
fuel as diluent) decreased by 90%.

We
treated mixture
of coarse and fine molasses (viscosity about 2000
centistokes) and this mixture was less viscosity (approximately
twice) than the best of the starting components. Film.

6 months after processing the highly viscous product through

of petroleum products and other highly viscous substances.

Raw materials - heavy natural oil. The initial viscosity
is 197.8 centipoise. Oil viscosity after a single treatment
(without additives and solvents) - 156 - 159 centipauses.
The same processed samples after 15 days - 165 - 167 centipauses.

4. Proposed solution.
The
history of the results and the last test convincingly show that
our equipment can be an important component of devices
and systems for the task of reducing the viscosity of heavy
natural oil and other highly viscous products, including
those prone to sticking. We can also solve two important related
tasks -
